  I like to add jetpack to my eturbonews.com site but I DO not want to change my registrar or hosting company or transfer nameservers to wordpress. Can I buy Jetpack anyway?

  You can indeed purchase paid Jetpack service, install it on your site, and connect it to your WordPress.com account; this will not affect the nameservers, hosting, or registrar.
