@jprie74 , for your site, can you contact support directly? You have chat-based support with your plan, and that’s available here.
@amandabrownwindowslivecom you get live support with your plan too! Can you reach out here? Our team there will be able to help a lot faster. They’ll help you get Jetpack reconnected properly. Cheers!

I was having issues getting to the live chat due to the jetpack error but i finally did after several attempts. Think they got me taken care of. Thanks for the links though. They would have definitely come in handy last night.

Hi there,
Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following
- clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
- Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
- If you continue to have loading issues after completing those steps, I would like you to try another browser instead, like Firefox. Are you able to proceed if you use a browser other than Chrome?
Thanks for the additional info!

I cleared the cache in the app, logged outta WordPress everywhere and logged back in. So far that seems to have fixed it. Thanks
