Jetpack
-
From my website, when I click “My Site” (directs to https://wordpress.com/stats/day), I receive a white page and error and message “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection.” The same error appears when I try to load Posts, Pages, etc. I cannot check if something if wrong with Jetpack or other plug-ins because I cannot load anything at all under My Site, including the Plugins page. Also, I am unable to load any My Profile pages (Account Settings, Purchases, Contact Form, etc.). The error “Failed to retrieve all domains” appears, and the page continues to look like it’s loading. The site seems functional on the front-end, at least. Help! I cannot troubleshoot anything or ask for help via the Contact Form because nothing loads.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @akdunford and @podaccountants both your accounts and websites appear to be functioning normally (generally speaking). Are each of you able to head to Jetpack > Dashboard in your respective site menus, and do you receive any errors when you do so? It leads to the WP Admin interface for your sites, rather than the WordPress.com interface, so may behave differently.
If you’re both able to access Jetpack > Dashboard, do you then find that you are able to (say) view your posts, pages, and other aspects of your site management, and then possibly also your respective profiles at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases ?

Hello @staff-95percentghost
From the primary error pop-up, I click on wp-admin. The wp-admin site loads successfully (https://red-baron-racing.com/wp-admin/). From here, I can load the Jetpack Dashboard. However, the Jetpack Dashboard has no useful links to view my posts, pages, etc.
When I go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases, it says that I do not have a WordPress site and shows an error “You need to be logged in to WP.com to access this resource.” But, I am already logged in.
I discovered a work-around that might be useful for @podaccountants while the original issue remains. From a published page, click Edit, then go back to All Pages from the sidebar. Same process for Posts. At least I can create and edit content again with this work-around.
This work-around is helpful, but I still cannot access “Settings” or “Plugins” or many other options in the sidebar of the wp-admin page that I need to properly manage my site.

Hi @akdunford
I checked from your account, and I was unable to reproduce the issue on my end. The plugins and settings page both seem to work fine. All fields are loading, and there are no error messages or pop-ups. I wonder if it might be a browser issue that’s triggering the error. Could you try logging into a different browser and see if that works?
You can also try clearing the browser cache and see if that helps. Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Hi @podaccountants ,
Since this needs a little bit of digging on each site, could you please post a new thread at this link? Be sure to include the site link and as much detail as possible about the issue you’re facing.
Thanks!
