  Will Jetpack departure from WordPress affect only the wordpress mobile app, or will it also mean the end of stats on my wordpress blog on my laptop? I’m confused about what I should do to continue seeing stats for my posts on my wordpress blog?

  Hi,

  To be able to continue viewing your stats, you’ll have to install the Jetpack app. The updated WordPress app will focus on the basics of writing and publishing.

  With the Jetpack app, you’ll get all the essential tools that come with the WordPress app, plus all the extra features like stat, the Reader, notifications, and more.

  To make the switch to the Jetpack app, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of the WordPress app installed. 
  2. Download the Jetpack app for iOS or Android.
  3. Open the app, and you’ll be automatically logged in with all your data and settings in place, including locally stored content, saved posts, and other in-app preferences.

  After you’ve installed the Jetpack app, you can go ahead and delete the WordPress app. Managing your site across both apps is currently unsupported and may lead to issues such as data conflicts that are best avoided.
