JETPACK
-
Well, fortunately I can wait for a reply for this fix, since you have no other option but to do so when outdated forums on wordpress.com and wordpress.org fail to help,
Jetpack was installed even after I deselected it from Woo AGAIN.
When I try to delete it I get ‘fatal error cannot be deleted. It was never connected, was attempted to be removed within seconds of the site being accessed.
And again, transient cleaner apps and every single forum on the internet fail to provide a working resolution.
How, without taking a complete course on tech support for php and servers and God knows what else , do I remove it.
And WHY do you proactively recommend installs of a plugin that, by all accounts on forums widely spread, attempt to hijack your site and has something in it that hooks in so it can’t be removed.
Please advise, but only if you are going to reply without a knowledge base article with steps on how to do it though mozilla file access or something like that.WP.com: Unknown

Hi there:
You’ve posted to the free support forums for websites hosted here at WordPress.com. Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.
WooCommerce does require the use of the Jetpack plugin in some instances – like WooCommerce Payments and some shipping plugins and payment gateways that utilize that connection.
I would recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for help with this since it seems that is where the installation keeps occurring. https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
I hope that helps!
