    It seems there’s a compatibility issue between Jetpack and the “Alone” theme I purchased. After installing the theme, I can no longer use Jetpack. Even after the installation, the WordPress login screen keeps appearing when I click on other admin menus, and the recovery via Jetpack is not functioning correctly. Due to these issues, I have requested a refund from WordPress. During numerous attempts to restore the site, I kept encountering errors, prompting me to disconnect Jetpack, which subsequently led to the loss of my website. Currently, ‘warmboom.com’ is still mapped, but I am unable to retrieve the domain. This is a serious issue, and I am seeking your help. Also, I have left an inquiry, but have not received a response for several days now. Please advise on what should be done..

    One of the reasons your site is not working properly is that you canceled the eCommerce plan, so features like access to plugins, third-party themes, Jetpack-powered backups, etc., are disabled. You can upgrade to the eCommerce plan again using the button below:

    If you’d like us to wipe your site by deleting everything you added so far, we can do it for you. Please upgrade and let us know here or in a reply to the email we sent you yesterday.

    I’d also discourage creating multiple threads, as that can further delay the time it takes for us to get back to you.

    I don’t want to delete the site; instead, I want to restore the warmboom.com site. I have just completed an e-commerce payment. Please restore my site, warmboom.com. Also, the backup feature in Jetpack is excellent; please enable the recovery feature in Jetpack as well. It seems that the use of Jetpack is disabled when the Alone theme is installed, possibly due to compatibility issues. It is very inconvenient in terms of backup and recovery. What I meant was that I wanted to delete the multiple inquiry posts I had uploaded on the forum board.

    Hi @warmboom, it looks like you removed it again. I can’t restore it for you in the current state. Here’s what you can do though:

    • Add your plan again. I recommend the same plan you used before.
    • Use these steps to enable Jetpack backups and restore the last backup we had.

    You’ll want to hurry, since we only keep the backups for about 30 days. Here’s the plan you’ll need:

    I deactivated Jetpack, and as a result, my previous website, warmboom.com, disappeared. Therefore, I had no choice but to create a new site with the same account and added a subscription at https://warmboomcom.wpcomstaging.com. However, after paying the fee and attempting to back up with Jetpack, the previous dates do not appear. It might be because the website is different.     All of this situation unfolded as I tried to restore using Jetpack, but the restoration failed and an error occurred. After receiving a notification suggesting to disconnect Jetpack, I disconnected it, causing all my domains to vanish. However, they still show up in searches. Even though they are my domains, I can’t retrieve them. My domains are warmboom.com and asmrgood.com.

    Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude for finding my lost domain and for your efforts. Unfortunately, there are still two unresolved issues which are causing concern. The first issue is that when I try to access the backup feature in Jetpack, a message indicating a disconnection appears. I’m afraid to attempt a reconnection as I worry the site might vanish again. The second issue is, despite being logged in, I continually receive prompts to log in when accessing certain menus on the admin page, which seems to be a conflict between Jetpack and the theme I purchased. I would be thankful if you could address these issues. I commit to not making any changes until tomorrow. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Hi there,

    When I visit https://wordpress.com/backup/warmboom.com I do not see the same thing as you are seeing. For me backup appear to be correctly connected:

    Is this the same for you now as well? When a Jetpack connection is reset, there can be some lingering odd behavior related to your browser cache and other propagation issues. However based on what I am seeing now everything appears to be connected correctly.

    The second issue is, despite being logged in, I continually receive prompts to log in when accessing certain menus on the admin page, which seems to be a conflict between Jetpack and the theme I purchased.

    Which links were you having issues with? I tried a few at random but did not spot this issue. Thanks for the additional info!
