Jetpack 2.5 doesn't connect to WordPress.com

    When I installed Jetpack for the first time about a month ago, it connected and now it shows projeyar.com in My Blogs dashboard. After few days, I couldn’t access Jetpack from the blog dashboard and the button to connect to WordPress.com appears, but it doesn’t work and it gives me the 404 error message: “WordPress.com is currently having problems and is unable to fuel up your Jetpack. Please try again later.”
    I uninstalled and reinstalled it both manually and from the dashboard and had no luck so far. I ‘ve Farsi WordPress as my engine. I’d appreciate any help with this issue.

    It is hosted at GoDaddy and I have already spoken with them about my issue. They cannot help and advised me to come to you.
    My query is below:

    When I go to Jetpack in my wp backend, I press the green button to connect it to WordPress.com (as prompted), and it repeatedly gives this error message:

    ‘Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
    Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site http://londonnw.com [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Operation timed out after 15262 milliseconds
    with 0 out of -1 bytes received]’.

    How do I get past this?
