Jetpack 3.3 / 'fatal error'

    Hello! I am working on this site for a friend of mine. She hadn’t run any updates for quite some time, and yesterday I decided to update all of the plugins. Ever since then, nothing has worked. Every time I click to update the Jetpack 3.3 OR simply type in the website url, this is what happens. (it’s black text across a completely white page)

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method wpdb::esc_like() in /home/content/55/11031655/html/wp-content/plugins/calculated-fields-form/cp_session.php on line 101

    I thought maybe the site just needed time, however it’s been over 12 hours and there has been no improvement. Please help!

    The fatal error message is a wordPress.ORG error message. You are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not hosted here and we cannot help you.

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
