  I started getting emails recently from Jetpak, lots & lots of emails. One says my site is down. Another a few minutes later says site is back up, over and over. And the site is not mine. How do I stop this? Thank you.

  It looks like this site is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.

  Looking at this thread: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/my-site-is-going-down/#post-3740144 it looks like there could be a hosting issue happening here.
