Jetpack

Hi, I’m desperately trying to figure out what it going on with Jetpack. It won’t show up on my dashboard, plugin page doesn’t say I have it installed but when I try to install it, it says folder already exists. I can’t figure out how to delete it and re-install it. Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Since your site is hosted on WordPress.com, you already have Jetpack essentials installed on your site automatically. You should see it when you open up Configure > Plugins and be able to open a description that shows which features are already set up. Is it not showing up anywhere there?
The main use of Jetpack is to give self-hosted WordPress.org site owners access to the features that are already available to WordPress.com users.

There are some additional Jetpack features that are paid features — if there’s a particular one you’re interested in check back in here and we can provide more guidance on how to get it set up.

Hi, thanks for your response. My blog is notesfromtheslife.com and i’m trying to find a list of my followers and have since found out that my email subscribers aren’t getting my new posts. Any insight as to what to do there?

Hi there, let me revise my earlier answer, because the notesfromtheslife.com that you’re linking to is hosted by Bluehost rather than WordPress.com. So you are actually running a self-hosted install of WordPress.org – see the link I posted above that explains the differences.
You will want to put this question to the Jetpack support forum instead. Good luck with your blog!

Hi there,
As @uxcitizen said above, you’ll need to contact Jetpack support for help with that. You can either post in the forums, or you can contact Jetpack support directly here:
