  I want to use the jetpack module called Publicize. Do I need to pay for a subscription to Wrodpress.com to use that module?

  Jetpack’s Publicize feature doesn’t require a paid WordPress.com plan. This feature is available on the free Jetpack plan (which you are currently using) but there are a couple of advanced features that are only available through a paid Jetpack plan:
