Jetpack Access from Existing Account

    Hello! Inherited a WordPress site, using Liquid Squid as hoster and WP of course. When trying to look at Jetpack metadata, it asks that I sign into WordPress.com – but I don’t need a new site, I just want to view the data from Jetpack. Thanks!

    Hello there,

    Ok, do you know if the site was connected to WordPress.com initially?

    If yes, you may need to track down the WordPress.com account that is being used, and log into that account.

    Hi there!

    Super appreciate your reply. The old Administrator had linked Jetpack, I needed to create a wordpress.com account and Link Jetpack to MY administrator account in order for me to view the Jetpack analytics. Yikes! Another chicken and egg thing. Thanks so much for your response and have a nice day.
