Jetpack Add Contact Form button doesn't work

    Hi there

    I have a problem when trying to add a contact form to my Contact Us page. When I click on the icon to create the form that works fine but when I finish with that and want to add it to my site by clicking on Add this Form to my post, nothing happens.

    It looks like something may be blocking this functionality? Any help to get this sorted would be greatly appreciated. The theme I am using is the Responsive Coupon theme.

    I then tried another contact form from BWS and that I can add,but the emails don’t arrive that get sent from there.
