Jetpack annual plan renewing 1 month later?

    Why am I getting a notice that the Jetpack Social Basic annual plan I purchased on Dec 23, 2022 is auto-renewing on Jan 22? This is happening for all my sites.

    How do I fix this issue?

    Hello there,

    It looks like the purchases of these Jetpack subscriptions were free for the first month as part of a promotion.

    This is why the renewal would be set at this date. I hope this helps.
