    Thanks for writing to us for help with the backup. I’ll gladly take a closer look. Which backup date are you hoping to use? Please let me know about any other troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

    Looking over the account I can see that the Creator hosting plan is connected to both wedding-photographer-merseyside.co.uk and mtgphoto.co.uk. There’s another domain on your account that is not connected to this hosting plan. Should it be?

    Another thing to consider is that you’re paying for the monthly hosting solution. If we switch to the yearly option, you’ll avoid the monthly management for renewals and the risk of missing one. Switching to the yearly solution will also save you 62% over the year. Let me know if you’d like to proceed with that option.
