Jetpack backup error after trial expiry and renewal
-
Hi,
I am trying to restore from a backup of my website after my free trial expired and I started a new Creator plan subscription. I receive an error ‘Jetpack connection has failed’ when trying to access my backups, and neither ‘Reconnect Jetpack’ or letting Jetpack sync in the background for an hour has worked.
The site is https://mediterraneanbloom.com/

Jetpack: Yes

This feature is available on sites with the WordPress.com Creator or Entrepreneur plan. If your site has one of our legacy plans, it is available on the Pro plYour Creator plan site was deactivated on March 03, 2024, so I’d recommend restoring a backup from March 03 or March 02.
Hope this helps!
