Jetpack backup (new purchase)

    Hi, i just purchased the free-14-day period plus the rest of the year for Jetpack backup. When I go to the backup section of the Jetpack menu, it says that I still need to purchase it. Any suggestions?

    I see that your site is already backed up by Jetpack. Are you still seeing that you need to purchase it?
