Jetpack backup warnings

    Every day or two I am receiving warnings of Jetpack not backing up this site, an error such as –

    the latest backup did not complete successfully.
    What’s happening?
    Jetpack has been unable to create a recent backup. This may indicate your site is blocking requests from Jetpack.
    Error reference: 144232371/SP-2000-/backup-other

    However, when I log into the site WP, and go to the Jetpack dashboard, and even through to Worpress.com I cannot see any error reported. Please confirm this is an erroneous alert and that you can fix it. Thanks.

    By the way, not sure why this is being routed to a public forum when we are paying for a support service with WordPress.com ?

    Howdy –

    Thanks for writing to us. When I put the site in to the debugger tool at https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=aviationcarbon.aero there are not any reported errors. You have access to check the Jetpack connection from that link next time this happens and see if any errors are produced. I’m going to follow up with our Jetpack team and see if they have any other input/suggestions as to why this email is being triggered.
