Jetpack blocking access to admin access

    TO WORDPRESS HELP !!!

    On May 19th I paid $140 for WordPress.com Pro 9receipt ) for my site:
    therovingeyeorg.wordpress.com

    Since then I have been unable to perform any functions as Admin nor can I get access as attempts to enter ID and password fail rendering the site useless.

    The site was set up as https://therovingeyeorg.wordpress.com/wp-admin
    with Password Your techs converted it to https://therovingeyeorg.com
    with a Password

    My email associated with this is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    When I try to access the admin function, the ID defaults to zazaquest and I cannot access with any password.

    Please perform the following:

    Reset access using new ID and Password
    Add API Codes
    Add Name Servers (asking Hostgator for this)
    Add Woo Commerce
    Make theme a book selling format
    set and confirm email address link
    Confirm the Primary Domain

    The goal of this site is to display and sell my children’s books.

    Never post sensitive information as a password on a public forum! 🙄. Hopefully a Staff member will be soon available to remove it.

    Hi there, https://therovingeyeorg.com/ belongs to a different account here, not the one you’re currently logged in under.

    So, it looks like you have more than one account here.

    1. Log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me

    2. Log back in under the correct account.
