On its security page, it says I should If you are blocked from entering your site, you can enter the IP or IPv6 address(es) via WordPress.com by visiting My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacks.
But when I get to Settings, I don’t see Security. Wondering what I am doing wrong.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
What site are you trying to access? I see no Jetpack-connected sites in this account, only a free WordPress.com site at http://free95223.wordpress.com/
In order to access Jetpack security settings for a site you need to be logged in as the account that owns the Jetpack connection for that site.
