Jetpack can’t communicate with your site.
-
I am getting a weird issue even though Jetpack is connected to my site. It states that it can’t communicate. I have tried reconnecting it a few different times and it keeps coming back with the same issue that it can’t communicate with the site. I am able to view the Jetpack Dashboard from the site and see that it is making Backups.
I am looking for guidance on the next steps. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I checked your Jetpack connection and I got the all clear based on what I am seeing here: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=blog.gardner-white.com
Is this error still showing for you? If so can you point out where you are seeing the message that Jetpack is unable to communicate? I also noticed that you have an image CDN plugin from Cloudinary on your site. It may help if I point out that you already have a CDN built in to your WordPress.com managed hosting (powered by Jetpack) which you can learn about here: https://wordpress.com/support/performance-settings/#enable-site-accelerator
My concern is that there when you have two different CDNs in use, errors can result. I’m unsure if the Jetpack error you are seeing is related to the CD plugin you added, but if you are able I recommend deactivating it for the time being to rule it out as an issue.
Happy to discuss any performance concerns you have, to see how our built-in optimizations can best server you needs.
