  ‘Jetpack can’t communicate with your site.’ Can anyone help us solve this problem? Apparently, the solution is to disconnect Jetpack and connect it again, but when I see the steps to reconnect, my page doesn’t show all the steps I need to follow to do this. For example, I can’t find the Dashboard button so I can’t connect again.

  You must first solve the plugin issue to get your site back online.
