Jetpack causes some errors on the website.

We have Jetpack plugin activated by default on our website yet for some reason when when delete a post or an empty page, we get error, like “Error in restoring the item from Trash,” or similarly we get error deleting an empty page. We have deactivated every single plugin using Health Check & Troubleshooting, and changed themes but when ever we activate Jetpack the error occurs. I would like to know why.

  • Hello! I couldn’t replicate the issue you described when attempting to delete a test draft post from your site. Upon reviewing the Jetpack connection for your site, everything seems to be functioning perfectly with Jetpack. Could you provide additional details and include screenshots so that we can conduct a more thorough investigation?

    I have image posted here.

Figure 1: The plugin Jetpack is active now and I click on restore.
Figure 2: We encounter error doing so.
Figure 3: Health Check & Troubleshooting is troubleshooting the plugins. All of the plugins are deactivated including Jetpack, excluding Elementor.
Figure 4: As I explained in the image, Jetpack is off and when clicking on the restore, it is successfully done.
Figure 5: As you can see the page is restored successfully and as I pointed it is the same page with id.
Figure 6: Now Jetpack is active.
Figure 7: Now with Jetpack active, we click the trash button.
Figure 8: Unfortunately, the error occurs.
  • I appreciate the screenshots you provided; they are very helpful.

We have not been able to replicate the issues yet. However, I’ve run a Jetpack fix in the background. Please try again and let me know if the issues still persist.
