  Hi, I am trying to repurchase my Jetpack subscription with the $20 chargeback fee, but it keeps saying ‘this update not available for this subscription.’ Please help! I can’t cancel the dispute because we are having problems with our bank so I just want to repurchase.

  Hi there,

  Can you please try going directly to the checkout link and paying the chargeback fee there? Once you’ve done that you should be able to add the plan again:

  If that doesn’t work, let me know and I can send you a manual payment instead.
