Jetpack charged me 2 Years in a row for non existing website! Want cancellation

    I had yearly subscription on jetpack, but since my website was deleted 2 years ago I could not cancel my subscription nor did I get any email from jetpack that my subscription is going to renew! I am not using software, I want a refund for both years. You can’t just take money like that from people. I asked for a support last year and wasn’t resolved.

    I hosted the website over Bluehost. I can’t cancel Jetpack on any of my WordPress because it says I have no subscriptions. I tried to login over Bluehost but can’t access my website anymore, can’t cancel subscription on WordPress, can’t login to Jetpack, can’t do anything.

    Website Domain was: superstaronly.com

    Please cancel it for me and provide me a refund. You used my money to secure a deleted website for 2 years. No can do! If you simplified the whole process, provided customer support email or number, none of this would happen.

    It’s hard to cancel this thing for 2 years and it’s even harder to step in a contact with support.

    Me neither. I can’t find any active subscriptions or history subscriptions. I believe the reason for that is because I hosted and bought domain on Bluehost and I would usually log in to my WordPress backend through Bluehost. I never had an account with wordpress.com before I had to ask for a support.

    Hi, it couldn’t find a transaction on wpchrg, but I have it all on my Credit Card Statements. I reached the maximum number of searches for a transaction. What should I do now?

    Hi Fstat, this is a link for account recovery. I can’t provide statements there, and I don’t need to recover my account since I didn’t have it before reaching you out for support recently.

    I logged into my WordPress backend of superstaronly.com through Bluehost. There I installed Jetpack plugin on my website. I purchased the subscription through the plugin on my website. Now I have a problem cancelling it for two years.

  • Go ahead and drop an email to accounts team at billingsupport@wordpress.com with the details of the charges please. If you see any transaction IDs or confirmation numbers in those charges, be sure to include those as well. If our team needs further info, they’ll reply as quickly as they can.
