  My site has been locked by jetpack. When I follow the instructions to reset it sends me to an error page. How can I unlock my site?

  I’ve checked your account and there are no Jetpack connected sites listed there. What is the address of the one you need help with? Once I know for sure, I can point you to the best place for support.

  Thanks for getting back to me. I actually administer accessagency.org which was the one giving me problems. I was locked out for the better part of the day but then it all of a sudden let me in. Not sure what happened. I do need to connect my account with that domain. How do I go about that so I don’t encounter this problem again?

  @elisherman, did you use a different account to connect Jetpack? If you can get in via wp-admin you can check to see how you’re connected there.

  Regarding the lockout, if you can log into the correctly-connected WordPress.com account, you can add your IP address as safe at
  My Sites → Settings → Security → Prevent brute force login attacks.
