Hi there,
The Jetpack connection for jailstojobs.org/wordpress is 5 years old while the connection for http://www.jailstojobs.org is only two weeks old. Did you change the domain on your site at any point and then reconnect Jetpack two weeks ago?
Those two domains both go to the same site, but it looks like you have two different Jetpack connections, each with different post and follower counts. You shouldn’t have two connections for one site to start with, so we’ll need to sort that out first.
