Jetpack comment box doesn't display well

  Hi,
  I have trouble displaying jetpack’s comment box correctly, which seems to interfere with my template’s original comment box.
  I have limited coding knowledge, could somebody please help me get rid of the template’s comment box? (in particular, the “subscribe to new posts/comments” seem to appear twice, and are not coded in my comment.php file..)
