JetPack Comments Local Language texts

  Hi,
  I am usuing wordpress i English but the page I am creating is in local language. Thus translation doen not work.
  1. I would like to have “Leave a comment” at the top of post in local language.
  2. Same with “Enter your comment here…” Inside the field.
  3. The text “You are commenting using your ” after typing the comment.
  4. Notify text.

  I hope you can help me with this.
