jetpack comments problem.visitors cannt comment..

  hello there!some visitors of my blog complained that they couldnt post a comment even if they were putting their e-mail and name correctly..i tried to find the problem but everything seems to be fine..since it is probably something that has to do with jetpack i m asking you because maybe (if i m lucky) you would ve heard something like this before…
  it transfers them to http://jetpack.wordpress.com/jetpack-comment/ address and it returns the error : Invalid request signature or no blog id supplied.
  any ideas?any help would be extremely good for me!

  Would you be able to ask if they have third-party cookies enabled?
