Jetpack Comments won't activate

  When I attempt to activate Jetpack Comments, nothing happens. I am updated to Jetpack 2.1.1 and it hasn’t worked previously either. Every other Jetpack plug-in activates, but not Comments. Please help! It would make my site look so much cleaner!
