Hi @tomengeroff,
Are you the same user being helped in this thread?

It looks like @lizthefair was able to get this partially resolved (it’s an existing bug). Did you need anything else?

Hi @jeremeylduvall,
thanks for your assistance. No, I am not the same user.
I rechecked it and this/my problem is (unfortunately) not solved. The second email (Confirmation) is completey in english when subscribing to a blog. If you want I can forward this email to you.

Thanks for clarifying! I changed my WordPress.com language settings to Spanish and did a quick test. First, when I entered your site address directly into WordPress.com to follow your site, I received the confirmation in Spanish:
Second, I removed that subscription and used the Blog Subscription widget. Here’s a screenshot of the confirmation email (Spanish):
Then, I received another final confirmation email after I confirmed that was also in Spanish.
I then repeated the same process in German, and the confirmation emails came in the correct language as well:
WordPress.com subscription: http://d.pr/i/16IO8
Email subscription
First email: http://d.pr/i/19Z5y
Second email: http://d.pr/i/I8mK
So, it would appear as though we’re correctly following language settings. Could you provide an email address of a recent email subscriber that should have received the email in German, but did not? Please note, the email address will appear redacted in the forums, but it will be visible to staff.
