  hello, i cant access my blog because it says I need to check my jetpack connection. i have no idea what this means, as i am still learning how to use this site and i get an error page that makes it impossible to to do anything. PLEASE HELP

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Hi there,

  Jetpack is a plugin that’s installed on your WordPress site, which connects that site to your account with us on WordPress.com. That connection is what lets you manage some parts of your site via our interface, even though your site isn’t hosted on our servers.

  That Jetpack connection is broken at the moment, because your site itself appears to be offline. But that’s as much as I can tell you – your site isn’t hosted on our servers, so we don’t have any information why it’s offline. I can just see that it is.

  For help with why it’s offline, and to get it working again, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider, Bluehost.com, directly. Once they get your site working properly again, the Jetpack connection should start working automatically again as well.
