Our site went down due to our card expiring. I am trying to conduct a backup, and it tells me that the Jetpack connection failed.

Thanks for writing to us! I’ve had a look at the account.
- domain registration does not expire until 2024-06-21
- professional email expires on 2023-07-27
- business level hosting plan expires on 2023-08-06
We can connect the domain to that hosting plan again and the site and email will start to work, too. Let me know if you’d like us to do that. The domain was disconnected from the hosting plan, which may have been in error.
If y’all are not utilizing all the features of the business plan we could also help you downgrade to the premium option instead of renewing the business one.
