  I’m unable to access my website http://www.joyfulsurprise.life
  When I enter my address, the page is completely blank. We I try to access it through wordpress.com, it tells me: Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection
  Can you please help me?

  Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection

  Jetpack is unable communicate with your site at the moment, which is why that message is being displayed. I’m seeing a 500 error when visiting joyfulsurprise.life and this indicates a server issue so I recommend contacting your host (GoDaddy) for help. They should be able to check their logs and tell you why the site isn’t loading.
