jetpack connection

Hi. I recently disconnect and conecting back jetpack. But affter connecting all my stats and subscribers have been reset. The old data is gone. How can i get back my old data?

Have you used a different domain before disconnecting Jetpack? If so, we’d need to know both the previous and the current domain.

Hi. It is always the same domain buatoranglapo.com, The problem starts when my blog have a subdomain wp.buatoranglapo.com (not sure why it suddenly appear to have the subdomain, but it was pointing to the same server) so my current buatoranglapo.com has been place under safemode by jetpack because it detects it as a copy of wp.buatoranglapo.com. after a few time of adjusting the jetpack connection and server setting. i manage to disable the subdomain and when i try to reconecting back the jetpack to buatoranglapo.com all my stats and subscriber has gone. Is there a way to get back/merge the stats and subscribers?

So just to confirm, your Jetpack connection should now be under the buatoranglapo.com domain, and not wp.buatoranglapo.com?

Correct. It should be under buatoranglapo.com from the beginning. Which previously had 100++ subscribers.

With Jetpack, your stats and subscriber information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats and subscribers were lost.
That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL,
wp.buatoranglapo.comI have fixed the issue and you should be able to get your stats and subscribers back by reconnecting to WordPress.com from the Jetpack section of your site’s Dashboard.

Thanks for the fixed. I reconnect jetpack and manage to get all my previous stats and subscribers. Thanks a lot for taking the time to help with my problems. You guys are awesome 😊
