Jetpack Connection error when trying to install Woocommerce Extension
-
Hi.
I am getting the following error
401: Jetpack: [unknown_token] It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.
when trying to connect to the Woocommerce Extensions to activate my subscription extension. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Disconnect Jetpack and then reconnect and see if that doesn’t fix the issue. In the large majority of cases that fixes the issue. A search turned up this article which has one more step of flushing your cache before reconnecting.

Thank you thesacredpath. I have done that already. I have also disabled all plugins. I have uninstalled Jetpack and re-installed as well.
Still not working.

Also, it appears from our end your Jetpack plugin might be an older version. Can you make sure you are on the latest version? Also, your PHP version is a bit old, so I would suggest getting on a later version if you can.

I just chatted with one of our team, and they suggested you submit a support ticket on that. You can do that here.

I am having this issue as well. It is on my staging site where I manage / test my woocommerce plugins. The production site uses jetpack. I never activated it on staging site. Now I can’t connect to woocommerce extensions. wp_super_cache is not active. I tried disconnecting staging from jetpack and reconnecting. No change. Grrrr. Staging is at https://wp-staging.brain-trainer.com/

Your staging site won’t connect, because the xmlrpc.php file is not accessible:
https://wp-staging.brain-trainer.com/xmlrpc.php
Please follow the troubleshooting steps on the Jetpack Debug page to fix that, and contact Jetpack support directly should you need any more help with this.
