jetpack connection failed

  I had lost my site after missing my subscription renewal date. My site is hosted on Ali Baba Cloud.

  I keep on seeing the error message “Jetpack connection has failed” when you try to access backups

  I tried the Reconnect Jetpack button. And waited for 60 minutes while Jetpack syncs in the background, and checked again on my backup but to no avail. I will be needing more support on this matter.

  I am not seeing any issues with your site wehdatdotco.wpcomstaging.com. Is this related to another site? You mentioned the site was hosted with Ali Baba Cloud, if so we will not be able to provide support here since this is for WordPress.com. I recommend reaching out to Jetpack directly as they will be able to assist you with the connection issue.
