Jetpack Connection Issue

    Hello,

    I disconnected jetpack and when I tried to connect again it told to start as new and it’s going as a new website here I lost all the previous website data and statistics.

    So, I restored WordPress to a previous backup before the issue. Now its showing token error something and now its in disconnected state.

    the status in my account is the mediate state that is few status of today when i connected as a new account.

    I would like to connect to my old wordpress with all statistics. please Help. The site assosiated with this is ktuqbank.com

    When we need Staff help with issues Volunteers cannot resolve like this one we type modlook into the sidebar tags on our forum threads. I did that for you.     I can see there’s an issue with the A-Records on the site when running the Jetpack debugger.

    Go ahead and submit the Debug report to us so we can take a closer look at what’s going on. There are also some trouble shooting steps linked under the error when you run the site at jetpack.com/debug/
