Jetpack Connection issue

    Hi,

    I just bought the creator plan today and wanted to backup my website, but jetpack is saying to re-connect and i have checked everything is alright. Kindly Help me with this.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

  • Hi there – It’s possible this was only a temporary issue immediately following upgrading your site. Possibly due to web browser saved cache. It looks like it is back on track now. I do see we have a ticket open with you on another issue. I will close this thread now in favor of working with you through the open ticket to resolve your latest issue and continue moving forward.
