Jetpack connection issues

Hi,
We’re seeing connection issues between WP.com and the external sites. The sites are hosted on Pantheon; xmlrpc.php is accessible.
The re-connection process has been followed several times for each site; but WP.com shows a connection issue. Despite this, stats and other data are showing on the dashboard.
Is there possibly a caching problem here (i.e. the status messages is incorrect); or is there a problem with the connection?

There are 3 sites affected – https://www.myjewishlearning.com / https://www.jta.org/ and https://www.kveller.com/ (all hosted on Pantheon).
There is a 4th site, hosted on WP Engine that does not have this issue.

I do see the same error on all 3 of those, all related to the XML RPC file.
Problems accessing XML RPC could be due to another plugin, a security module, or a block on your server. As a first step to fixing this, I’d recommend contacting your host to see whether they block XML RPC and, if so, to unblock it for Jetpack (they can find our IP range here https://jetpack.com/support/hosting-faq/).
