JetPack connection issues

Hello, when I click ‘My Site’ I receive and error message stating ‘Please check your primary Sites’s Jetpack connection’. How do I resolve this?

I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  • Hi there,

You’re seeing that because Jetpack is unable to communicate with your site at wifematerialwm.com, and that in turn is because that site appears to be completely offline – I just get a Not Found error in my browser when trying to visit that site.

Whois doesn’t show the domain as currently registered, so I’m guessing it expired at some point. It’s possible your hosting plan also expired, in which case your hosting provider would have taken your site offline. You used to have that domain hosted at Bluehost.com, so please contact their support directly for help with this.

If they can still restore your site for you, log into the dashboard once it’s online again and reconnect the Jetpack plugin, and you’ll be able to access it from our end as well again.

Otherwise, if they can’t restore that site for you again, let us know and we can remove the Jetpack connection that still exists on our end, so the site is no longer listed in your account with us.
