Jetpack connection striking

Hi! We are having problems with our web page, which runs on a Business plan. However, there is a problem with Jetpack (the page is blank and saying “please check your primary site’s jetpack connection). Nothing happens, even if clicking on the wp-admin link, and everything remains blank. We also need access to live support, which should be available under the business plan.

I’m not showing a connection issue, so it looks like that particular issue might be resolved already. Regarding your support access, could you try reaching out to support from your account page here?

If live chat isn’t available, that just means there aren’t any operators available to take your request at that time. Your Business plan also gives you priority email support, so if you’re still having trouble you can submit a new request and you can get help more quickly that way than by posting in the free public support forums.
