Jetpack Connectivity Error

Hi there, i am facing worst issue with Jetpack in my multisite network.
I have about 30+ website which are mapped on sub-directories. Whenever i tried to connect jetpack on main site or subsite i got forbidden error / unrestricted access.
Please let me know what is wrong? I also tried to mention port 80 and global server code in config.php but couldn’t works for me.
I have cloudflare SSL enabled websites. All websites are using SSL certificate.
First, I was using Jetpack on main site, when it was not an multisite network but after few weeks i turn it to a multisite network, suddenly i start receiving this error.
Main website was working fine till today, but i disconnect from WordPress and disable plugin from main site and delete from network.
Than i go to network, add new plugin again (Jetpack) and enabled as Network Active, tried to active on main site but got same error, even sub sites are also not working.
I also tried to deactivate active plugins, and theme is perfect as i was able to run jetpack with same theme in past.
Please help to configure this network with jetpack.
Thank you very much in advance
