Hey there!
It looks like you dont have a back slash just before the end of your contact field shortcode.
When I create a sample form field within a form these are the results it puts out:
[contact-form][contact-field label="Test Dropdown 1" type="select" options="Option One,Option Two,Option Three,Option Four,Option Five,Option Six" required="1" /][/contact-form]Try replacing the sample options with your own and replacing your current input with it.
For future reference though, although we can offer assistance with Jetpack related issues – the website that you require assistance with is actually a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
This forum is designed to help clients hosted by WordPress.com. For more information on the difference between the two please check out this link: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org.
If you are in need of support relating directly to your self-hosted website you may be able to find an answer on the WordPress.org support page at the link provided: https://wordpress.org/support/ or as an alternative you may want to contact your hosting provider.
Hopefully this helps!
Cheers
