  I cannot seem to stop the form from autofilling in my name and my email in the contact boxes where I would like the visitor to fill out.
  Help please

  Hey there, the contact form autofills the details for anyone logged in to their WordPressdotcom account. If I visit your contact page, I’ll see my details.

  You can test this by opening your contact page in an incognito or Private web browser tab.
