Jetpack contact form returns status 404

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with contact forms as they started to return 404 status after submitting.

    I was informed about it yesterday. Until few days ago everything worked as expected and I was receiving messages.

    Is there anyone with similar issue, who knows how to fix this?
