Jetpack crashed and won't reinstall
-
We successfully installed jetpack to our website. We used the stats, subscribe and comments features. One day they all disappeared from the site. When trying to reinstall, if failed stating:
Destination folder already exists. D:/Hosting/10592188/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
No such folder exists. We’d like to be able to reinstall and use jetpack again – any suggestions? Thanks

I suggest looking for an answer to your question here first > http://jetpack.me/support/ If you do not find one then the Jetpack forum is at WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.
