Jetpack didn't import my stats and subscribers
-
Hello everyone,
We transferred our blog from WordPress.com to WordPress.org 2 days ago and activated the Jetpack plug-in as it assured us it would take care of importing all the data.
Now our 2 years stats are back to zero and we have no subscribers either :(
We originally posted this question on the WordPress.org forum but they told us to come with our problem to you. We’ve been through many posts in the WordPress.org forum and it seems to be a common problem, although we couldn’t find a way to resolve it ourselves. It seems that we need help from the technical support.
Would you be so kind and help us get the old stats and followers back, please?

The address of our WordPress.com blog was the same.

The migration doesn’t happen automatically when you install Jetpack. Please be sure that you are running a current version of Jetpack and that it is connected to WordPress.com.
A staff member will be able to you with this (tagged for staff review):

Thank you very very much! And we are really sorry for causing any trouble, as we had understood that it would be done automatically.
You are great! Thanks for your help, it’s very much appreciated!
