Jetpack disappeared from my linked blog

I have a linked blog http://drvaishnav.com/Blog. Jetpack is no longer working on this blog and I don’t see it in the plugins page on this linked blog’s dashboard. I tried installing Jetpack again but get an error message “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists”. What should I do to get Jetpack to start working again?.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We’d recommend contacting the hosting provider who could help you make sure that there’s no rogue files present in the site via SFTP.
